Returns Within 14 Days As You Changed Your Mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days if you change your mind. You must notify us within 14 days that you wish to cancel and return at your expense within a further 14 days. Your are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in the same condition. You are also responsible if there is any courier damage when returning so we would advise to take out insurance with your courier. If the goods are returned in a worse condition that delivered to you then a deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover the loss in value.

Returns Within 30 Days As You Believe There Is A Fault

If a fault develops within 30 days you are entitled to a refund or repair. Please return to us for inspection by the engineers. If a manufacturing fault is found then you will be refunded your return postage up to £50. Please send a copy of your return postage receipt. You can also choose if you wish to receive a refund or free repair. If the engineers find there is no manufacturing fault or damage caused by missuse then your return postage will not be refunded and you will not be entitled to a refund or free repair. You would need to pay the postage to have the item returned back to you.

Faults After 30 Days

The bikes come with a 12 months parts warranty and 6 months battery warranty. If you believe a manufacturing fault has developed please remove the faulty part from the bike and return to us for the engineers to inspect. If a fault is found then the part will be replaced with a new one. If the fault is found to be not caused by a manufacturing fault and has been caused by user error or general wear and tear then the replacement part will need to be purchased.
